ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO 250 TOTAL HORSES. All CIC1* entries submitted by closing date will be accepted. Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. $25.00 NSF fee. BN Level competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. This fee is waived for Pony Club members competing in the North Central Prairie Region Eventing Rally. USPC members may compete in the rally at the BN and N levels without paying USEA member fees or BN nonmember fees. (HOWEVER Member fees and horse registration are required to be eligible for USEA awards). Double entries: Not accepted.CIC entries must use 2011 USEA Three Day CCI/CIC Entry Form. All US Horses and Riders must be registered with the USEF and FEI. All 1* horses must have either an FEI Passport or National passport indicating required influenza primary series and boosters. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals must be received in writing by mail, email or fax by 9:00 PM CST Closing Date. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.Copy of neg. Coggins dated within 12 months of competition, must be mailed to the secretary. All horses competing N & above must be registered with the USEA, with the exception of BN and N horses competing in the NCPR PC Eventing Rally. Cross Country course closed sunset, Tuesday, May 24. Our cross country maintenance program is ongoing. We are continually developing new tracks, aerovating and seeding, and adding new jumps at each level. Please refrain from schooling when the ground is soft and wet! Entry limit 250 horses. Levels offered depending on entries: Open, Junior/YR, Rider, Horse. Pony Club Rally participants should indicate division and level as well as Pony Club Rally. Levels may be eliminated/divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry. Prize list available from secretary. Food on grounds.. Competitors Dinner: On grounds, Saturday evening approx. 6 p.m. after cross-country. Competitors = free! Others = $12. Dogs must be leashed. We are priveleged to be able to use the Spring Creek Forest Preserve of Cook County. Please respect their regulations. NO UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. NO BIKES ON COURSE. NO CAMPING. We will be providing spectator and trainer transportation to cross country.No matter what level you ride, you must submit the 2011 Entry form signature page signed by rider, owner/agent and trainer. All riders must sign BOTH the FRVPC Release and the Barrington-Countryside Park District Release. If you are under 18 years old, these release forms must be signed by your Parent/Guardian.
